These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of merchandise by Zok and Zaari (www.zokandzaari.com), subsidiary of Seven Brahmi LLC of United States of America. Your use of the Site to purchase merchandise or otherwise, indicates your agreement to follow and to be bound by these terms.
Placing an Order
You can either place your order online at www.zokandzaari.com or by simply emailing us with the product code you'd like to order at email@example.com. The sales representative will get back with you in the next 48 hours. All orders are subject to written acceptance by Zok and Zaari. Orders will be confirmed in writing by e-mail.
If you wish to cancel the order, please email us immediately firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason, we wish to ALWAYS work with you!
We try our best to display colors and details online as closely to the piece you will actually receive. Slight variations in color/lighting of the product may happen. If the customer has any questions about a products, they may contact the customer service department by emailing email@example.com.
ZOK & ZAARI reserves the right to change the assortment of items offered on the www.zokandzaari.com website from time to time without prior notice to the customer. ZOK & ZAARI will not be liable if any product is out of stock or otherwise unavailable at the time of placing the order. In the circumstance that any item a customer selects becomes unavailable after confirmation of the order, the customer service unit will inform the customer by e-mail as soon as possible and offer a complete refund if the item will not be restocked. In other cases buyer can request an adjustment to be made and have another style shipped by paying the balance, differential cost.
If your item is a "special order", please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery depending on the order. If your item is in stock it will be shipped out the next business day. Special or pre-orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. These are non-refundable.
Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours after placing.
Please immediately email firstname.lastname@example.org with any changes or cancellation requests.
Kindly note that Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or transferred over to other styles. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. In the event that we missed your email (due to holidays/weekend) and the order has been shipped by the warehouse, unfortunately we cannot cancel and return shipping must be paid by the buyer.
An order isn't considered cancelled till you receive a "cancellation" notification from us. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
Prices & Payments
The prices of ZOK & ZAARI products are indicated in U.S. dollars, excluding taxes and shipping costs. ZOK & ZAARI charges state, county and local tax as required by applicable law.
ZOK & ZAARI reserves the right to modify the price of products offered on the www.zokandzaari.com website at any time without prior notice to the customer. The customer will be charged the prices displayed on the site at the time the order was confirmed.
We accept all major credit cards.
Promotions/discount codes cannot be applied to past or previous orders. They can only be applied to new orders. Please contact us for the validity of coupons.
Products ordered by customers will remain the property of ZOK & ZAARI until full payment has been received. If there is any problem with payment, the customer is responsible for returning the goods received to ZOK & ZAARI immediately upon request. The customer accepts all risk for the goods (including loss, theft, or damage of any order) upon shipment.
Import Tax and Fees
International buyers are responsible to pay all fees associated with importing goods into their home countries.
All buyers are responsible for providing correct delivery address during checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, and the package is lost or returned in transit, ZOK & ZAARI is not liable and no refunds or replacements will be issued for the shipping fees and product, unless insurance is requested.
Shipping varies by the season as logistics cost fluctuate.
Shipping charges are flat $21.00 per package + $5 USD for each additional package.
If an order qualified for free shipping but is returned by buyer, applicable (whether domestic or international postage) shipping fees will be applied to their balance and deducted from the refund before it is issued back to their original method of payment.
The order will ship out next business day and will be delivered within 7 to 9 business days from the shipment date.
Please note: Saturday and Sunday is not counted as a "business day".
We will exchange/replace any full priced item within 30 days of their purchase. ZOK & ZAARI does not take responsibility for the general wear and tear of its products. If your ZOK & ZAARI product falls short of your expectation in the first 30 days of its purchase, please send us an email with photos of defects to email@example.com. We will do our best to work with you up to your satisfaction, however replacements will me made solely at our discretion.
Should the item still be available we will offer you a replacement. If the item you purchased is out of stock, you have the option to select a different item. Shipping fees must be paid for all replacements. If the item is out of stock, we will furnish you with a store credit or gift card for your equivalent purchase value.
Please be sure to provide us with your purchase order and order confirmation email. Absolutely no replacements will be shipped after the 30-day period. In case of disputes, ZOK & ZAARI will offer up to $20.00 in repair charges only.
Receipt for all reimbursements is required.
If you are unhappy with your purchase (or receive a defective item) and request a replacement, please be sure to hold on to the first handbag, you will be required to return the defective piece.
If you ship back the item without informing us, under no circumstances will the shipping fees be reimbursed. We DO NOT offer replacements for clearance items.
Minor scratches, marks and imperfections do not qualify as defects on clearance items. No returns will be accepted on these grounds.
*** Please note that these are handmade, soft goods and minor scratches on the surface due to friction in storage and transit are normal. Hand made embroidered pieces often have human imperfections, we do not consider these as defects.
If you receive a wrong item or damaged item, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos showing/explaining the damage and we will send a replacement to you as soon as possible.
We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed.
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
Customer must pay for shipping for a free replacement.
Only 1 replacement will be made per order.
If you do not want a replacement then a store credit will be issued.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address while placing the order. Once your package has been shipped by our fulfillment center, no changes can be made. You must call the post office or the courier company used to ship your package to arrange and address update. Zok and Zaari company or any of its employees will not be responsible for lost packages due to negligence on customers part. No complimentary replacements will be shipped in this case.
In the event the package gets misplaced or lost due to an error at our end, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost to the customer.
When a package is refused or undeliverable, (wrong shipping address provided by customer during checkout) the shipping company will charge Zok and Zaari for the return delivery cost. If you choose to refuse or do not coordinate pickup of the items you ordered, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and lost items.
If you would like to have your package re-shipped, please contact customer care at email@example.com to coordinate shipping.
If you would like to cancel your refused/undeliverable order, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
NOTE: During the holiday season chances of misplaced and lost packages are higher so we advise customers to continue tracking their packages once the tracking number is made available. Please reach out to your local post office and neighbors first if your package is lost even when the tracking shows as "delivered". We do not purchase insurance on our packages and will resolve the situation in the best ethical manner.
